I love these playlists! I seriously look forward to the Friday’s that they’re usually posted. The icing on the cake was when you guys added a Laura Marling song; she’s one of my favorite artists, right now.

I’m ashamed I haven’t hear these. You can banish me.

I don’t know what kind of vibe these have, but a really creepy one is Secret by The Pierces! Creepy album cover too :)

The Pizzicato Five is an interesting choice, was it picked because of the translation? My cat knows most of my secrets.

Anybody read the book “The Lost Art of Keeping Secrets”?

Also Mountain Goats + Laura Marling + Janelle Monae?

    ROOKIE MARRY ME PLZ.

  • Elizabeth October 30th, 2011 10:11 PM

I saw this tagged Anya Jenkins and thought I was seeing things. Looked back and saw Xander Harris.

LET ME LOVE YOU ROOKIE. I WANT TO GIVE YOU A ZILLION HUGS FOR INCLUDING SONGS FROM OMWF ON THIS.

Also, The Mountain Goats. It’s like you’ve stolen my iTunes, which basically only plays the Buffy soundtrack and The Mountain Goats.

Also, I must say, I’m really impressed with the amount of Buffy-love on here. As a huge nerd, and a huge Whedon nerd, my heart flutters a bit every time I see something about it. Also, if you’re ever in need of a gushing post about how amazing high school Willow is and her lovely sweaters and smiley-face backpack, I’m your girl.

Whoever picked Laura Marling gets a metaphorical medal from me, I love her.

Fun fact: My physics teacher met her at a party.

  • cancercowboy November 1st, 2011 11:16 AM

hell yes, Pizzicato Five and QOTSA in the same playlist!
i’d add “I Spy” by Pulp and Malente’s “Open Secret” ;)
