Hello, you. June’s theme will be LONGING. Unlike more-acute forms of desire like desperation or need, longing is a sweet ache—more pining for something than dying for it. It’s nostalgia, homesickness, boredom, a persistent feeling of lack, dreaming of escape/the future. It’s summer: summer homes & cottages, stuffy summer bedrooms, sun-bleached memories of summers past. The shadow of September that hangs over June. It’s secret hangouts, crushes, unrequited love. Send what you’ve got here, and thanks. ♥

Log in to replyI once saw small and big butterflies in a store’s decoration, I asked the price and they told be these were sold in gardening shops. I too wanted to make butterfly clips, but never got to buy the things to start. I think you can buy these in decoration stores, then just make a wire ring/find a ring without anything on in a craft shop and glue it, follow an hairclip tutorial that was here I think, glue to a safety pin. Depending on which material it’s made of, you could also sew it on.
Log in to replyI think I’m gonna make some textile ones.
