A “bang” is a fringe; a “hair rat” is a weird little pad (sometimes made of hair!) that you put under your beehive to keep it big and poufy.

but I’m also the same like Iua, how can I do it without bangs? my bangs are quite long and now they join my hair length. and another mistake I made was when I recently cut my hair into a medium length like tavi’s but I decided not to made bangs (I’ll looked like dora then.. and my hairstylist also like to make it a bit shorter than everything I’ve pointed to..)

Log in to replythis is good for day 2 unwashed hair (mmm hot) – day 1 being topknot day. if you had your hair up in a topknot the day before you will also get some sweet root volume.
if you can’t get your hair to stay in the twist while you’re rolling it down you could also make a little braid and secure it at the end with a tiny elastic!

Don’t have bangs either, and it still looked cute – a bit more Jane Austin than 60′s mod, but whatevs. I’ve got the boobs for the empire dresses… :)
