Let time slow down and the camera pan out as you strut down the hallway to these songs. You’re in the movie of your life, and you’re un-fucking-touchable. Your classmates? Just extras.

I want to RUN through the halls of my high school :D Get it… (cricket noise) my AMAZING humor is wasted here :< Anyway, it's Hotei not Hotel… I am really not that anal, in fact, I am pretty horrible speller but Amazon band search of link text with the L gives you nothing for that tag and that's the first thing I do when I read these things. Lola author link has no results too. She's new? Anyway, nice list.
Log in to replyYes, Lola’s new! Look forward to much awesomeness from her; we are.
Log in to replyhellooooo! yes i am the newest recruit. thanks for the heads up and the nice words!
Log in to replyyou guys YOU HAVE to listen to Honey Cone (specifically Want Ads and Stick-Up) they are AMAZING and the ultimate walk/confidence booster. Picture Jackson 5 having a baby with Destiny’s Child: that’s Honey Cone…
Log in to replyWhat, no Infinity Guitars by Sleigh Bells?
Log in to replyseriously. The whole Treats album by Sleigh Bells is my jam when I’m stomping around campus. It makes me feel like such a tough bitch, I luv it.

Log in to replyYES! Every morning.
Log in to replyYES!! Their entire album!

Log in to replyCurse of Millhaven AND Edge of Seventeen!
Log in to replyI like to always channel Sam in his parisian night suit as I walk the school hallways, it’s so empowering. This playlist is perfect!
Log in to replytotally missing infinity guitars..and can we have this mix for download?
Log in to replyBEST PLAYLIST IN ALL THE LAND

Fashion in Pepperland
Log in to replyThis is great. I love the idea and I’m gonna need it at school. Gives me confidence.
Log in to replythis playlist has come much too late, I graduated last week :’/
Log in to replyQueen Bitch – Steve Zissou’s walk through the credits = best power walk EVER
Log in to replyOMG I LOVE NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS. I powerwalk to it around campus ALL THE TIME.
Log in to replyLiterally downloading this because my best dude friend and I are considering starting a diva club basically and we’re just going to listen to this and fiercely strut the hallways because, fabulous.
Log in to replyCat People by David Bowie is my go-to power strut song, it’s also my song if ever I decide to blow something up but I don’t think I’ll really ever need it.
Log in to replySo brilliant!
Log in to replyyou guys.

Log in to replyi saw the title and just KNEW imperial teen would be included. perfect.
Log in to replyGENIUS. One of the many times I feel that the Rookie team literally DO hide under my bed. My fave scenes in movies/TV shows are always when one character went through some magical makeover or life-changing event or other extreme whatnot walking down the hallway with some kick-ass music. Geez, I even love the Skank!Quinn scene on Glee. Freaking GLEE.
And I was just thinking that I need a soundtrack for my walk down the hallway of fame ;D Amazing. Simply amazing.
Log in to replyHell yeah, “Battle Without Honor or Humanity”! And btw, it’s Tomoyasu Hotei, not Hotel. :)
Log in to replySound track to my life,
Log in to replyliterally.

This is AMAZING I may even risk getting in trouble for having my iPod on out of class (how crazy is that? Out of class, but not in…) just so I can listen to this whilst I walk the hallways :)
This is SOOO GOOD! hahaha

Log in to replyYES CURSE OF MILHAVEN. Brilliant.
My favourite power walk tunes are On to the Next One by Jay Z, Difficult by Uffie and pretty much anything by Big Black, but especially their cover of The Model by Kraftwerk.
Log in to replyBeck makes me so happy. Guero is probs my favorite one of his albums.
Log in to replyoh man i love the first song so much, in fact i love the whole playlist so much
Log in to replyHahaha! In France,we have a TV show every Sunday morning about football. Its soundtrack is this exact song and it’s such a lame show, that it make me laugh every time. So when the song popped out from my computer I could not stop smiling

Log in to replyThis playlist is BRILLIANT!!! Never heard ‘schoolin’ by Beyonce but instant download is a must! And oh my god when Bo$$y came on by Kelis that is one of my all time favourite songs I was immediately rocking out here on my own. I’m meant to be working but I would way rather be reading Rookie. Oh and I’m a guy. No shame!
Log in to replyRookie always gives me new inspiration of music :)
Log in to replyWhat’s the best way to write two papers in three hours? Listening to a Rookie power playlist, that’s what!
