Log in to replyAt the moment, this is my life too. I made myself go out last Friday night. While I waited for the first morning bus to go home, I decided no more nights-out for now. My bed is warmer and socialisation is easier and I don’t have to spend money I don’t have, and when someone bores me, I just pretend to log off.

So my school’s prom is merely 2 days away, and since I am broke, I dug in my closet to look for a dress, and luckily I found one but it’s not prom-ish enough. So yeah, I don’t know what to do. How do I make it look more like a prom dress??? I mean… you know? I am so clueless about this whole prom-thing and ahhh oh my God please help me.
Do I add something to it… or what? Because, you see, I thought the dress was okay enough but then I decided to google prom dresses and I was shocked because everything was glossy and not at all what I expected. I thought it’d be more not-flowy and stuff. I thought the gowns only happen in movies. But, no. I don’t know, I didn’t know, this is going to be a disaster. I don’t know who else to ask for help, and Rookie’s the first one that popped in my head, and you guys ARE experts in this kind of thing so, you know??? I’m sorry, i’m panicking, I really didn’t want to go to prom, to be honest. If only my friends didn’t made me feel guilty about this whole thing.

Log in to replyWear that dress and you will look a* i’m sure- i didn’t want to go to my prom and wore an almost identical plain black dress (only girl who wore black but that was almost fun in a way) and there are some people who go for huge ott dresses but IT’S NOT EVEN ABOUT THE DRESS just have fun and be yourself and it will NOT be a disaster. I know i’m not an expert but please don’t panic!
